How can I fix a full inbox?

You have two options to get back on track:

Option 1: Upgrade your inbox

Option 2: Free up space yourself

If you prefer not to upgrade, here are some tips to reduce the size of your inbox:

• Archive old emails you do not need to access regularly.
• Delete large attachments (search for emails with big files and save them elsewhere before deleting).
• Empty your Deleted Items and Junk folders to remove hidden clutter.
• Sort emails by size (most email clients allow this) and clear the largest ones first.

Once you have either upgraded or freed up enough space, your inbox will continue working normally.
