Here are detailed instructions for adding prekure.com to the safe senders or whitelist in the most common email programs. This ensures that emails from PREKURE won’t be mistakenly sent to your spam or junk folder.


Gmail (Web & Mobile)

Web:

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (⚙) at the top right.

  2. Click “See all settings.”

  3. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.

  4. Click “Create a new filter.” (you may need to scroll to the bottom to see this)

  5. In the “From” field, enter: @prekure.com

  6. Click “Create filter.”

  7. Check “Never send it to Spam” and optionally “Always mark as important.”

  8. Click “Create filter.”

Mobile App (Gmail App on iOS/Android):

You cannot create filters from the mobile app. Use a browser to access Gmail settings on a desktop.


Outlook (Web / Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com)

Web Version (Outlook.com / Office 365):

  1. Go to Outlook Web App.

  5. Set From contains: @prekure.com

  6. Choose the folder: Inbox.

  7. Click Save.


Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird.

  2. Go to Tools > Message Filters (or hamburger menu > Message Filters).

  3. Create a new filter.

  4. Name: “Safe PREKURE”

  5. Set condition: From contains prekure.com

  6. Action: Move Message to Inbox

  7. Save the filter.
