How do I bookmark a web page, like the Knowledge Base?

Bookmarking a page on Chrome lets you quickly revisit useful or frequently accessed websites without needing to search for them again. Here's how on various web browsers:

Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Open the webpage you want to bookmark.
  2. Click on the star icon at the right end of the address bar.
  3. Choose a name for your bookmark and select a folder if you’d like to organise it.
  4. Click Done to save.

Firefox (Desktop)

  1. Go to the webpage you want to bookmark.
  2. Click the star icon in the address bar.
  3. A window will appear for you to rename or organise the bookmark.
  4. Click Done to confirm.

Safari (Desktop)

  1. Open the webpage you want to save.
  2. In the top menu, click Bookmarks and select Add Bookmark.
  3. Customise the name and location for your bookmark.
  4. Click Add to save.

Microsoft Edge (Desktop)

  1. Open the webpage.
  2. Click on the star icon at the right of the address bar.
  3. Customise the name and choose a location for the bookmark.
  4. Click Done.

Mobile Browsers (iOS and Android)

  • Chrome: Tap the three-dot menu, select Bookmark, and the page will be saved.
  • Safari: Tap the share icon, choose Add Bookmark, and click Save.
  • Firefox: Tap the three-dot menu, then tap Star to bookmark.
