I am not receiving emails from PREKURE
To ensure you receive all our course updates and support emails, please firstly check your junk/spam folders to see if our emails are in there. Then add info@prekure.com to your email contact list or whitelist us in your email settings. If you’re using Gmail or Outlook, here’s how to do that:
✅ For Gmail / Google Workspace users (students)

Log into Gmail.

Click the gear icon > See all settings.

Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

Click Create a new filter.

In the “From” field, enter:
info@prekure.com -
Click Create filter.

Check Never send it to Spam and optionally Always mark it as important.

Click Create filter.
Alternatively, their IT team can:

Add
@prekure.comorinfo@prekure.comto the Google Admin Console's approved senders list.
✅ For Outlook / Microsoft 365
For individual users:
-
Open Outlook.
-
Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings.

Navigate to Mail > Junk email.

Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

Add
info@prekure.comand/orprekure.com.
For admins (Exchange Admin Center):

Go to Microsoft 365 Defender portal.

Navigate to Email & Collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat Policies.

Under Anti-spam, edit the default policy.

Add
info@prekure.comto the Allowed senders and domains list.
✅ For Other Email Clients or Systems
Ask students to:

Add
info@prekure.comto their contacts or address book. -
Check their spam folder and mark the email as "Not Spam" if it's been filtered.

If you are using a work computer or email, you may need to speak to your institution's IT team about adding
info@prekure.comto the global whitelist or spam filter safelist.
Is it possible that you have unsubscribed from our Emails?
- Please open any email that you have received from PREKURE and scroll to the bottom
- Look for 'Manage Preferences" or "Is this email not relevant to you? Click here"
- Click on one of those above links and you can choose which of our Email Channels you would like to be subscribed to.
