What are Ask the Expert guidelines?
Ask the Expert sessions prioritise PREKURE curriculum questions, avoid personal medical advice, and support practical application in coaching.
Ask the Expert sessions are designed to support your learning as a PREKURE Health Coach. The primary goal is to help you understand your course content, especially the science and practical application, and apply it confidently in your coaching practice. It is also a chance to hear from others and learn through shared discussion.
Questions should be relevant to the PREKURE curriculum, these will be the priority. Personal medical advice cannot be given in the sessions. Discussion of client scenarios, case studies, and observations you have noticed yourself is encouraged.
The first 40 minutes will focus on questions related to relevant PREKURE content. If there is group interest and time allows, more complex issues and science beyond the PREKURE content can be explored, but only after addressing key questions.
As a health coach, you do not need all the deep science details, your role is to support, not diagnose or treat. If a client is curious about the science behind something, ask permission before sharing, keep it relevant, and stay on their agenda.
These sessions are here to help you grow your skills, connect with others, and become the best coach you can be.
