What Are the Annual Declaration Requirements for PREKURE Health Coaches?

As a PREKURE Certified Health Coach, it’s important to stay current in your learning and maintain competency. To ensure this, we require all Health Coaches using the PREKURE Certified Brand Marks to submit an Annual Declaration.

Who Needs to Submit?

Any PREKURE Health Coach using the PREKURE Certified Brand Marks and associated materials must submit the declaration every year. Your declaration is due every 12 months on your graduation anniversary. We’ll notify you when it is due so you can continue using your PREKURE brand marks and Directory listing.

Requirements:

  1. Coaches using the PREKURE Certified Brand Marks or listed in the Directory must maintain an active membership with a recognised Health Coaching or other health professional body. Accepted bodies include (but are not limited to):

    • HCANZA
    • UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA)
    • Physiotherapy New Zealand (Physio NZ)

  2. Mental Health and Master Health Coaches must additionally complete 4 supervision sessions annually (within the last 12 months) to meet their ongoing professional requirements.

What Happens If You Don't Declare?

Your annual declaration is required for continued use of the PREKURE brand name and marks. If your declaration is still outstanding one month after its due date, your Directory listing will be removed.

  • Hold a current registration with an accepted Health Coaching or health professional body (e.g., UKIHCA, Physiotherapy NZ).

If there is no professional health coaching body in your region, you can submit 20 hours of CPD directly to PREKURE and provide proof of insurance.
