What happens if my domain transfer fails?
Repeat the process to generate a new transfer code and email it to support@prekure.com so we can retry the transfer.
We attempted to transfer your domain to PREKURE’s management, but the transfer did not complete.
This usually happens because the UDAI/EPP code has expired or was rejected by the registrar.

Please repeat the same process you followed previously to generate a new transfer code and email it to support@prekure.com with your domain name in the subject line.
Once we receive the new code, we’ll retry the transfer and let you know when it’s successful.
