To find the resources for your Health Coach Logbook, including the Word Doc with template and the sample page, plus the instruction video, please go to your Teachable Dashboard and click into the 'Parent" Tile for your Course - either:

then scroll down to Health Coaching Assessment, read the Assessment Guidelines and then click Complete and Continue to move into the Your Health Coaching Logbook section. In there you can download the Word Document and the sample page.
